Refund Policy
Disclaimer in Regards to Children's Lobe Piercings
We value the personal autonomy and emotional comfort of every client, including children. If at any point a child verbally revokes their consent during a piercing appointment, we will immediately stop the service, even if the parent or guardian wishes to continue. Once the piercing process has begun, no refunds will be issued. Instead, we will offer to schedule a follow‑up appointment at no additional charge so the child can return when they feel more ready to have the service completed.
Refund Policy - Jewelry, Aftercare Spray, and Gift Cards
Refunds and exchanges are only available for items with manufacturer defects; all other sales are final at all locations.
Jewelry: Due to health and sterilization standards, body jewelry cannot be returned once purchased. We will replace any item with a manufacturer defect, provided the defective piece is returned to our studio to facilitate a manufacturer replacement.
Aftercare Spray: No returns or exchanges are offered for aftercare spray.
Gift Cards and Certificates: Purchases are non-refundable. Funds never expire and are valid for all products and services at any of our locations.
Repierce Policy
In the instance that you are unhappy with your piercing either because placement is not to your liking, or the jewelry has broken we guarantee our piercings for up to 60 days following the date of the piercing. We will offer a free repierce for piercings you are dissatisfied with provided you contact your piercer or the studio regarding the issue within the 60-day window. It is important not to remove your jewelry prior to speaking with your piercer. If your jewelry breaks within 60 days, you can bring us back the broken piece and we will exchange it for the same piece. We are unable to offer refunds for any piercings once the service has been completed.
This repierce policy does not apply in instances where a client has voluntarily removed their jewelry against their piercers advice and the piercing closes as a result of the jewelry removal.
We can only guarantee work performed by our own staff. This policy does not apply to piercings performed outside of any Piercing Perfections studio.
